Have you ever thought of exploring the old Austro-Hungarian fortresses in Montenegro? Many of these fortresses are located along the Montenegrin Coast and most of them can be found around the Bay of Kotor. The majority of these fortresses are abandoned, but most are are well-preserved and worth visiting. They stand as grand reminders of Montenegro’s rich historical heritage, and some might say luckily are not popular tourist attractions hence their regained their charm, authenticity and originality.
Join us for this fortress adventure where we plan to visit the fortresses of Vrmac, Gorazde i Grabovac. We will picnic on top of fortress Grabovac and enjoy the view of the open sea.
