This wine and olive oil tasting experience, hosted by Joe Mastrangelo and Marta Santoro, includes a tour of the vineyard, a stroll through the picturesque Pia Park, and the tasting of three farm-grown wines: Fanciulla 2024 (rosé), La Brama 2022 (red), and QuintoCanto 2019 (red, aged in French oak).

The experience is complemented by an olive oil tasting and a light Tuscan lunch, featuring seasonal dishes made from ingredients grown on the farm. Among the delights served are fresh ricotta with red berry-infused honey, a selection of soups and salads, a charcuterie board with cheeses, cold cuts, bruschette, panzanella, pappa al pomodoro, and olive oil cake for dessert.
