What to Expect
In Elena’s cooking classes at Osteria Fratelli, parents will learn to prepare an authentic Italian menu from start to finish.
With hands-on activities and traditional techniques, you’ll gain the skills to recreate a full Italian meal at home! At the end of each session, you’ll have the chance to taste the delicious dishes you’ve prepared together.

Monday 14th of April: Tuscan Appetizers (Liver Crostini & Herb Flan with Pecorino Fondue)
Monday 28th of April: Tuscan Soups and Food Waste Reduction (Ribollita and Pappa al Pomodoro)
Monday 5th of May: Fresh Pasta (Gnocchi and Ravioli)
Monday 19th of May: Roasts (Oven-Roasted Pork Loin & Tuscan Sausage with Roasted Potatoes)
Monday 9th of June: Desserts in a Glass (Classic Tiramisu, Fruit Tiramisu & Tuscan Tiramisu with Cantucci from Prato)

Additional Information:
Sign-Up Deadline: Thursday, April 10th at 12pm
Half-Term Break: No Parents Activities will happen during Half-Term Week.
Payment: The specified amount is per person
Terms & Conditions:
Refunds: May be subject to processing fees, as outlined in the Terms of Service. Families have up to 24 hours after the first class to decide to drop out and receive a refund for the remaining sessions. After this period, no refunds will be available.
