Schedule: Every Wednesday 9:00am - 10:00am starting the week of September 16. NOTE: On the week of November 11th, Wednesday’s Pilates session will be held on TUESDAY 12 NOV instead due to a public holiday on Wednesday 13 Nov.

What to bring: Athletic clothes, a towel and water. Please wear sunscreen to protect yourself.
