Immerse yourself in a peaceful atmosphere as our skilled instructors guide you through gentle yoga movements and mindfulness practices. Join us for our Gentle Flow Yoga sessions and discover the harmony of mind, body, and nature. This type of yoga helps you to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and mental clarity. Each transition of the poses are being performed slowly, following the slow-deep breathing throughout the practice. During a slow-pace transition, yogis may have the opportunity to build up a complementary, step-by-step practice based on the understanding of the body's needs.
