How does it work?
Request: Send your request on your Slack Family Channel, specifying the dates you need. Please note: we kindly ask that you submit your request at least 3 days in advance to ensure we have a cat sitter available for your chosen days.
Confirmation: Once we receive your request, we’ll contact you via Slack to confirm the daily pet sitting service.
Enjoy Peace of Mind: Book the service through the portal and enjoy your time with confidence, knowing your pets are being cared for by reliable and loving professionals.
How Much Does It Cost?
The daily rate is 65€ per day, offering consistent and dedicated care for your pets.
Terms and conditions
Pet sitting services are exclusive to the purchasing family and cannot be transferred.
We understand that plans may change, and you may need to cancel a scheduled sitting session. To ensure transparency and fairness, please note the following conditions:
Cancellation requests made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation requests made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session's cost.
Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the session's cost.
For all cancellation requests, please communicate through Slack.
