What to Expect
In Mikheili’s cooking classes at Osteria Fratelli, parents will learn to prepare an authentic Italian menu from start to finish. The experience begins with classic black crostini, followed by fresh pasta and lasagna. For the main course, participants will create a stuffed guinea fowl leg with roasted potatoes, and the class ends with mastering the iconic tiramisu. With hands-on activities and traditional techniques, you’ll gain the skills to recreate a full Italian meal at home!
