Materials
Sewing machine, sewing material, fabric and accessories will be provided by the teacher.
Lesson 1: Design and Planning

Design inspiration: Discover sources of inspiration for your tote bag design, from beach themes to vibrant summer colors.
Material selection: Learn about various fabrics, linings, and embellishments suitable for tote bags and select the materials for your project.
Pattern creation: Understand the basics of creating a tote bag pattern and draft a pattern tailored to your desired size and style.
Lesson 2: Cutting and Assembly
Cutting fabric: Practice precise fabric cutting techniques to ensure accuracy and consistency in your tote bag pieces.
