What to expect

Calling all parents in the community! Take a well-deserved break and enjoy an evening of great food, music, and entertainment in a beautifully lit private greenhouse, nestled within Monteuliveto Park.

You’ll indulge in a rich apericena buffet, featuring a variety of Tuscan specialties, from freshly baked focaccia and crostini with seasonal toppings to hearty dishes like pappa al pomodoro and flavorful grain salads. There will be a selection of cured meats and cheeses, savory snacks, and crowd-favorite bites like pizza slices, fried treats, and more. Vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available to ensure everyone can enjoy the experience.

But the night isn’t just about food—the real highlight will be the entertainment! Il Dado Showman will keep the energy high with live music and karaoke, creating a fun and engaging atmosphere. Sing your favorite songs, cheer on your friends, and enjoy an unforgettable evening of music and laughter!

All the parents will walk together to Monteuliveto Park, after dropping off the kids at the Education Center. The drop off for kids will start at 6:00 pm and pick up from 9:45pm

It's the perfect opportunity for parents to get to know each other better, share stories, and forge new connections within our community! Meanwhile, the kids can enjoy a fun movie night with pizza at the EC—simply drop them off before heading out, and we’ll return in time for pick-up!

Please be sure to purchase a ticket for each parent and each child joining.

Parents Night Out

• Date: Friday, May 30 - 6:00pm - 9.15pm

• Location: La Serra di Monteuliveto

• Meeting Time: 6:00 pm

• Meeting Point: Education Center

• Minimum Participants Required: 18 parents

• Menù: Enjoy soft paninetti filled with tasty ingredients, traditional pappa al pomodoro, flavorful farro or couscous salads with seasonal vegetables, and crispy crostini topped with fresh tomato concassé, beans, and spring onions. There will also be platters of cured meats served with warm coccoli, assorted pizza slices, golden fried snacks, and tender arista tonnata.

  Vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available to accommodate different dietary needs. Your experience includes one cocktail per person. Any additional orders from the menu will be at your own expense.

Kids Movie Night

• Location: Education Centre

• Drop Off Time: 6:00pm

• Meeting Point: Education Centre

• Pick Up: 9.45 - 10.00 pm

• Minimum Participants Required: 8 kids

• Notes: We will order a pizza and some snacks for kids. Movie will be decided by an educator based on the age of the kids

Additional Information

• Early Sign-up deadline (to reach the minimum number of participants): Wednesday, the 21st of May at 1:00 pm

• Late Sign-up deadline: Monday, the 26th of May at 1:00 pm

Terms & Conditions:

• Each individual must purchase an individual ticket to secure their spot.

• Additional Dates: If an experience is fully booked, it will be marked as an "Informational Post." If demand exceeds the minimum participant requirement, we will make every effort to coordinate an additional date with our partner.

• No Date Changes: If the event sells out and we add another date, families will not be able to switch dates. They must attend on their original booking date.

• Pricing analysis: The final price includes a 15% Boundless Life fee (12% management fee + 3% card processing fee).  (only Applicable on Experiences & Parents Activities)

• Refunds: May be subject to processing fees, as outlined in the Terms of Service.
