Terms & Conditions:
Availability and Scheduling: Laundry packs are available for purchase throughout the cohort period. To utilize the laundry service, orders must be placed by noon on Monday. Our team will confirm the pick-up time for Tuesday and the delivery time for Thursday via WhatsApp, ensuring clear communication and convenience.
Pack Options and Pricing: The smallest available purchase option is the 10-kilogram pack. Should you be uncertain about the weight, you can initially select the 10kg pack, and then the price will be adjusted to the actual weight. The calculated charges are done by weighing the laundry bags you send. For example, a weight of 10.4kg will be considered 10kg, while 10.5kg will be rounded up to 11kg. Our pricing is based on package tiers; if the weight exceeds a package but doesn't meet the next tier, an additional fee of 7€ per extra kilogram applies. Upon reaching the next package threshold, pricing will shift to that package's rate.
Preparation for Service: Please have your laundry packed and ready for collection every Tuesday. A simple shopping bag is sufficient for packaging the laundry, making it easy for our team to transport and process.
