It also demonstrates respect and interest in their culture and traditions, making it more likely for locals to welcome you and provide support as you adjust to your new environment. We have created this course to help you master everyday conversations in Portuguese.

General Objectives:
• Gain a greater degree of confidence when using the Portuguese language in everyday contexts
• Develop a basic command of oral expression
Specific objectives:
• Understand native speakers in everyday situations
• To be able to place orders in shops, cafés, restaurants, markets, etc.
1st lesson in the classroom:
• Presentation of the group and teacher
• Analysis of the trainees' needs
• Introduction to the Portuguese language
Subsequent lessons in hybrid mode:
• Lessons in the classroom, dealing with everyday topics so that the trainees can gain more in-depth knowledge of relevant aspects of Portuguese culture.
• Practical lessons outdoors (depending on the weather) to practice the Portuguese language in the presented context.
Schedule: Mondays, starting January 20th from 12:00pm - 2:00pm
Location: Sintralinguas

What to bring: Notebook, pen or pencil
Transportation: Not included. Language school is within walking distance from the EC
