Send your request on your Slack Family Channel, indicating the date, the hours you will need the service and the number of kids.
Please note that the booking as a minimum service duration of 2 hours.
2️⃣ Confirmation ✅
After receiving your request, we'll reach out to you through your Slack Family Channel to confirm the babysitting service and how manny hours you have left.
Please book at least 3 days in advance to ensure we have a babysitter available for your time slot.

Babysitting services are exclusive to the purchasing family and cannot be transferred. The pack covers a maximum of tree kids.
For all cancellation requests, please communicate through your Slack Family Channel.
We understand that plans may change, and you may need to cancel a scheduled babysitting session. To ensure transparency and fairness, please note the following conditions:
Cancellation requests made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation requests made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session's cost.
Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the session's cost.
