The friendly meet & greet staff will be there to welcome you after the immigration counter. Please note that, due to current circumstances, Immigration fast track lanes are temporarily suspended. So, the meet & greet team will be patiently waiting for you on the other side by the baggage pick up. From there, they will accompany you to collect your luggage and breeze through customs, bypassing all the chaos and confusion. This is where the true value of our meet & greet service shines through.
As you step out of customs and enter the arrival hall, the meet & greet team will introduce you to your driver. Rest assured that our transportation provider has a designated rank at the airport, conveniently located near the Arrival hall.
Please be aware that during peak hours, it may take up to 2-3 hours to reach the arrivals hall. However, the meet & greet service is committed to saving you time at Customs and ensuring a swift connection with your driver. As a note, although it won't expedite the Customs process itself, we highly recommend pre-booking your VOA (Visa on Arrival) to streamline your journey and make it as seamless as possible.
How it Works?
A VIP personal assistant will meet and greet you in the designated meeting area immediately after immigration with personalized signage.
Your VIP personal assistant will lead you to baggage claim hall and help with the retrieval of your bags.
Porter services can be prearranged if you need help carrying your baggage (following the fee of porter)
You will ultimately be accompanied to your transportation or expected party in the arrival hall.
Please remember you need to purchase one ticket per family member. The price shown below is for 1 person (free for family member below 2 years old). Reservation needs to be made at least 2 days prior to the arrival.
