Your instructors will guide you through the process and introduce you to Mepantigan Bali's philosophy and activities. Prior to starting, you will warm-up with a series of delightful Balinese games at the Coconut Garden's Amphitheater, designed to invigorate your body and spirit.
Embark on the heart of the experience as you delve into rice field activities. From lively wrestling matches to playful interactions between humans, animals, and nature, this experience fosters unity and a sense of connection. You will have the chance to also form a unique bond with the friendly duck, Bob, by placing him gently on your head, creating an extraordinary moment of harmony that captures the essence of Balinese Mud Experience.
After the mud-packed escapades, luxuriate in a Mud Massage and the exceptional Mud Sauna. Savor Mud Coffee or Tea, and undergo Balinese Mud Purification for an ultimate sense of renewal.
