Unlock your child’s strategic thinking and creativity with our Chess Classes at the Education Center! Specifically designed for young minds aged 4-6, these engaging sessions will introduce children to the world of chess through playful and age-appropriate methods. Whether your child is a complete beginner or has some experience, our program will help them build essential skills like problem-solving, concentration, and logical thinking—all while having fun!
What to Expect:
Playful Chess Lessons: Over 8 sessions, children will explore the basics of chess in a fun and interactive way, learning to recognize each piece, understand simple rules, and develop foundational strategies. The classes are designed to make chess enjoyable and accessible for little learners. Here’s what your child will experience:
Learning Chess Basics: Children will get familiar with the chessboard, names and movements of each piece, and simple game rules through hands-on activities.
Problem-Solving Games: Engaging puzzles and exercises that boost logical thinking and encourage strategic decision-making.
Friendly Matches: Kids will have opportunities to play matches with their peers, reinforcing concepts in a fun, social setting.
Building Focus & Patience: Chess teaches children to think ahead, consider different options, and focus on the task at hand—all skills that will benefit them in many areas of life.

Minimum Participants per Group: 2 children
Maximum Participants per Group: 10 children
Additional Information:
Deadline for Sign-Up: Thursday, January 17th
Half-Term Break: No ECAs during the week of February 10th, as the education center will be closed.
Refund Policy: Families have up to 24 hours after the first class to decide to drop out and receive a refund for the remaining sessions. After this date, refunds will not be available.
